"American style dancing is the foundation for ballroom dancing at all levels. It is the place where beginners get their start and more advanced dancers hone their skills for both social and competitive dancing. Emphasis is on partnership, lead and follow, and floor craft. No partner required. Please wear leather dress shoes to class (no sandals, slides, heavy lug-soled shoes or sport shoes). Heels are preferred for women. Wear comfortable clothing so that you can move freely. [NO PREREQUISITE] **CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE COLONY OR GRAND BALLROOM LOCATIONS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO REGISTERED STUDENTS***
